Site Preparation
Site preparation isn’t a simple job. We have to eliminate all the obstructions and barriers of the unproductive site or land, which can then be graded by hauling dirt in or out of the area. We will take into consideration the existing soil type, topography, and other factors before we prepare to level the surface with the correct soil type. We typically use a red clay for filling in large areas, while topsoil is used on the top several inches to establish grass and plants. Organic amendments like composted pine bark is brought in to any planted areas to amend the soil and help with plant nutrition as well as drainage.
